Free Delivery on Everything.
We know you’re spending big money on your dream games table, and you don’t want to have to add shipping costs on top. So we’ve made our delivery service standard free within Sweden* across our entire range, from 12ft snooker tables to spare ping-pong balls, saving you more money for those essential accessories. * Please note that our free delivery service does not cover addresses outside Sweden.
Free delivery overseas or outside Sweden is only present to orders above €10.000.

Specialized Games Table Delivery Team.
Whilst we distribute smaller items and accessories via mainstream courier, we use a dedicated games table delivery service for larger products. Your order will arrive on time, in perfect condition, and will be handled with the care and attention it deserves.
Installation.
If you’ve opted to have your table installed and set up by us, you’re in good hands. Our delivery team has decades of experience in assembling even the most complicated, valuable games tables. If applicable, this includes levelling your table for a perfectly flat playing surface – and they’ll even teach you how to do this yourself. Just select ‘Installation’ on eligible tables when placing your order, and remember that selected slate bed pool tables are delivered with a free accessory pack around when installed by us.
Delivery Upgrades.
We offer a range of delivery upgrades to suit you. On certain items, select ‘Next Day Delivery’ to have your order dispatched with a next-day courier or placed on a priority pallet. Your products will arrive the very next day – ideal for emergency birthday presents!
Difficult Access.
Need your table delivered upstairs? No problem. Just select the ‘Delivery Up or Down Stairs’ option to request our delivery staff to carry the delivery up or down a flight of stairs. If you have any other concerns about access, whether that be narrow doorways or tight corners, give our sales team a call to talk it through.
International Delivery.
We’re experienced in preparing and crating deliveries of all sizes for overseas shipping, and in negotiating the best possible freight prices for our international customers. Once we have the information from you, one of our experienced international shipping advisors will examine your request and respond to you within 1 working-day (Sweden time) with an accurate shipping quote.
If you would then like to go ahead and place your order you can either pay online using credit and debit card or international bank transfer.
Please note: International products are usually shipped on a pallet (unless otherwise requested) and depending on the size of your order, we also provide a free container loading service for 20ft or 40ft containers.

45 Day Return Guarantee
At Pinball Owner our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase, in fact in our most recent survey 98% of our customers said they would recommend us to a friend. In the unlikely event that you are not, you can return it to us within 45 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
Any item (with the exception of bespoke items – please see definition of a bespoke item below) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is unused with its original packaging.
Please note if you have used the item, this will most likely have an effect on our ability to re-sell it to someone else, and if this reduces the value of the product we may only be able to make a partial refund reflecting this reduction in value. So please check that you are happy with the product before you begin any assembly or begin to use it.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase, cheque payments will be refunded in in a similar manner but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded at least 45 days after the original purchase date.
A Bespoke Product refers to goods that have been created or modified in any way to meet your specification. An example of this would be a slate bed pool table that is ordered with your exact combination of cloth colour and finish, or a refurbished arcade machine which is purchased in specifically for your order. Items which are bespoke are marked as such on the product listing.
