How long does it take Pinball Owner to ship to international destinations?
Pinball Owner takes approximately 5 – 30 business days for items ordered to be delivered at clients designated address internationally depending on location and type of transport method used. In general, NEW items that are in stock can typically ship right way, while refurbished items may need to be cleaned and tested before they are ready to ship. What is the warranty policy on a NEW Pinball & Arcades?
Pinball Owner warrants your NEW machine for 3 years from the date of purchase. After 3 years, components warranted by the manufacturer for a longer period of time must be sent to the manufacturer for repair or replacement under the Warranty Policy set by the manufacturer.
What is the warranty policy on a USED Pinball & Arcades?
Pinball Owner warrants a USED machine for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Do Pinball & Arcades use a standard electrical outlet?
Yes, games that we sell in Europe use a standard 220 – 250V flat, two-pole, round-pin domestic AC power plug outlet that you just plug in and play like you would any other electrically powered item. For sales outside Europe, the client is expected to notify so that the right electrical outlet are provided.
Does Pinball Owner install/sell card readers?
